The quality of BCS products is largely based on its efficient manufacturing unit, a vary important part of our company, in which all the components of our machines are made daily. The continuous-cycle use of state-of-art CNC machines offers a high level of mechanical manufacturing and this guarantees top quality standards for our productions. All the main manufactured mechanical products with BCS components are bulit in the company. Gerabox, axles and myriods of components are made daily on the Group's premises. The guarantees maximum production flexibility, so that the company is able to adapt quickly and effectively on the market demands. The production processes in the three production center of BCS.p.A work with 0.01mm precision. Thus we can obtain higher quality pieces that, once assembled, allow the machines to work intensively without problem and with little maintenance.
